Prior to working in real estate, Monica was registered nurse with 25 years of experience. She has worked as an emergency room nurse, nurse practitioner, and a nurse executive. She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and a nurse executive certification. This experience not only taught her compassion, discipline, and listening, but also the skill of negotiation and persuasion.
